Rewinding a touch...
After horribly dipping Little Stint at the other end of the county, I spent the afternoon merrily doing not that much but enjoying the scenery up on t'Moor with the Folks.
It was all very lovely.
There was coffee and baked goods and no sheep nearby at all [the LBD was rather disappointed by that last]
Scenery
The odd bit of wildlife caught the eye, with light passages of Swallows and Woodpigs down the Dart valley.
Not just Woodpigs, though;
Five Stock Doves!
Blobs!
Ahem.
Golden Plover!
Couldn't get them all in one shot, but you get the idea [and who wants more blobs, really? Though you are reading this blog..??? Hmm] 120-150 of them, I think. [He says, being very cautious]
Buzzard!
Dor Beetle
Lichen, Bilberry, Heather
No great exertions, but that wasn't the point.
Be Seeing You...
