First of the year came zooming past me on my Sunday perambulation - I did not have camera in hand, alas [it came past really nicely, too..] - then, last evening I got a text from the Adder Man, telling of 5 over the next valley. I had a good peer out of my windows, I can tell you! No sooner had I texted back a 'none here' than one hove to in sight, then.. screaming! Woooo!!

Today three came through - followed a bit later by 2 House Martins - at work.
